Lovingly stewarded by four generations of our family, it sits at the end of a private dirt road on a secluded stretch of Nantucket Sound — with a private sandy beach just steps from the lawn and a private clay tennis court tucked behind the house.

Inside, an open-framed layout with exposed beams running the length of the home creates a warm, airy feeling filled with natural light and coastal charm. Outside, the days unfold quietly: coffee by the water, swims and kayak rides in calm surf, tennis in the late afternoon, outdoor showers, and long walks through the surrounding nature. It’s a place to slow down, exhale, and enjoy the kind of peace, privacy, and old-Cape beauty that’s increasingly hard to find.
